Start your week off calm and refreshed! Great exercise and meditation for Monday Mornings! All levels welcome. Simrat Kaur presents thorough warm ups to prepare your body. Procedures and postures are carefully explained for new comers and adaptations are offered to assist everyone in participating as fully as possible. Practice includes breath exercises, kriya, relaxation and meditation. Duration: 1 and ¼ hours. Please bring your favorite blanket or shawl and one or two pillows, towel or sheepskin/yoga mat. Our space is comfily carpeted and some blankets and pillows are available. Chairs are also available.
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow you to be active, natural fibers are recommended.
