The Saturday Women's Class encourages us to nourish our Selves FIRST to more effectively nurture our significant others and our own creativity.

Each class provides:

  • Relaxation and meditation to release stress and calm the mind.
  • Compassionate female energy to enlighten and enliven the spirit.
  • Weekly classes that connect us in community.
