A yogic approach to exercise walking

Breathwalk is a trade-marked program created by Yogi Bhajan and Guru Charan Singh. It is based on ancient breath sciences and walking traditions and designed to support the emotional and mental
needs of our times.
On Thursday, July 19th, you’ll learn a Breathwalk to help you transition from depressed to clear and connected. It is an excellent introduction to Breathwalk techniques.
The Breathwalk presented on Thursday, July 26th builds upon the skills learned on the 19th and is designed to develop perceptivity and ease with other people. Experienced Breathwalkers or yogis can drop in for the second class.
To participate in the workshop, you need to be able to walk at a moderate pace for 30 minutes. You will soon figure how you can fit this practice to your individual needs. This practice is great for those who have never done yoga before and for experienced yogis – good for anyone who likes to walk.
Each class will depart from the studio soon after 7pm.
Wear comfortable walking shoes. Carry a water bottle. And bring a friend or relative, too!
Handouts will be given at each class so you can practice on your own.

Suggested minimum donation $10 per class, though no participant will be turned away.
More generous contributions are gladly accepted. Yogic Numerology holds $108 as very auspicious.
