Strengthen the Physical Body and the Nervous System with Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan.  Classes will feature a vigorous kriya (set of exercises), 31 minutes of meditation, and deep relaxation.  Enjoy the comfort of our air conditioned studio.

Single class rate: $9 / $8 for students and seniors
Yoga West Introductory $20/20, 10-class, and 30-day unlimited month passes also accepted.
