This class is tailored to support the newcomer in beginning their practice of Kundalini Yoga as well as advancing the experienced practitioner. Your teacher presents thorough warmups to prepare your body. Procedures and postures are carefully explained for newcomers and adaptations are offered to assist everyone in participating as fully as possible. Practice includes breath exercises, kriya, relaxation and meditation. Duration: 1 and 1/4 hours. Please Bring your favorite blanket or shawl and one or two pillows, towel or sheepskin. Our space is comfily carpeted, and some blankets and pillows are available. Chairs are also available.
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow you to be active, natural fibers are recommended.
