January 7th through February 15th
January provides us with an opportunity to hit the reset button, to pursue healthier eating and exercise habits and perhaps to consider more conscientious interactions with our community and environment. Committing to doing anything for 40 days is a powerful way to establish new life enhancing habits.
The instructors at Yoga West have selected a meditation that is easy for students to do in the studio, as well as on their own. Instructions will be provided for you to take home.
Starting on Monday, January 7th, and continuing through Friday, February 15th, all Yoga West instructors will include in their classes a minimum of 3 minutes of the same meditation - “The Liberated Heart Meditation: Equanimity, Steadfastness, and Immunity”.
