Beloved students.

Mandated social distancing has prompted many of my colleagues to offer classes via Zoom and Facebook. Unfortunately my current internet connectivity does not enable me to do this. I look forward to seeing you when it is deemed safe to gather again in the yoga studio. Until then, may courage and resilience be yours and may you breathe in the blessings of health and hope.

I started my yoga journey with traditional Hatha Yoga, quickly moving into the transformational Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. I was certified by KRI in 2001 and have been teaching at Yoga West Eugene ever since.

I teach from the place of grounded lovingness, with an open heart and grace. My classes are oriented more to you opening to your breath and inner experience moving into a place of mindful presence, than with perfect posture.

I draw on an eclectic range of spiritual traditions to cultivate my inner peace - that place where peace in the world starts. My love for the sacred, the creativity of life and the joy of expansion inspires my work as an LMT, yoga instructor and my process of becoming a Hakomi therapist.

When you take something from somebody, you forget what comes with it. If you take someone’s money you also take the vibrations with it. You take their desires and wishes with it; you take the destiny and projection with it. You overburden your own self with other people’s problems while you cannot solve your own. That is largely why you become obnoxious; you are never you.
