Angel selects monthly themes designed to provide depth and continuity to this new Kundalini Basics class. The kriyas (sets of exercises), pranayam (breathing exercise) and meditations will change weekly, but all will address the theme of the month.  Whatever the focus, beginning your Friday with a Kundalini Yoga class will enhance awareness of your mental and physical state, bringing about the benefits of deep relaxation and stress reduction, enhanced energy, and rejuvenation of your whole being. Instruction tailored to suit all experience levels.

  • January theme: Kidneys and Adrenals
  • February theme: Heart Center and Electromagnetic Field

  • March Stomach and Spleen, Easing Worry.
  • April Liver and Gall Bladder, Healing Anger.
  • May Intestinal Tract and Elimination, Letting Go.
