This class is tailored to support the newcomer in beginning their practice of Kundalini Yoga as well as advancing the experienced practitioner. Procedures and postures are carefully explained for newcomers and adaptations are offered to assist everyone in participating as fully as possible. Practice includes breath exercises, kriya, relaxation and meditation. Duration: 1¼ hours.
