Nurture your inner Goddess with a women’s-centered practice that uplifts our powerful Shakti energy. Kundalini Yoga opens us to the natural seasons of life within. Each session includes warm-ups, kriyas, and beautiful meditations made especially for women.
Our next five Especially for Women sessions will focus on the Kundalini Yoga teachings on prosperity, developing the five Koshas to cultivate a foundation for radiance, prosperity, and purpose.
Simrat Kaur’s CourAging! series allow you to experience the grace, strength (and fun!) of Yoga and Meditation with Women moving forward in life’s seasons. Each session features doable yoga, breath practice, meditation, and a listening circle. Women of all ages are always welcome.
