Especially for Women

Nurture your inner Goddess with a women’s-centered practice that uplifts our powerful Shakti energy. Kundalini Yoga opens us to the natural seasons of life within. Includes warm-ups, kriyas, and beautiful meditations made especially for women.

Lunar Woman, Solar Man: Two Halves of the Creative Whole
for all genders and non-gender folks
We'll begin by moving our bodies and breathing before exploring the nature of the feminine, like the waxing and waning moon, and the masculine, like the continuous and constant sun.
We'll discuss the core strengths of both, including communication tips, and embrace form while enjoying the cosmic play of the masculine and feminine, as we all carry both polarities in varying degrees.
