Spring has sprung and now we use our courage to embrace the unexpected along with our relaxed playfulness to engage transformative energies of new beginnings. EVOLVE into your highest and best self with KUNDALINI YOGA – The Yoga of Awareness.
The key is to find patience to allow the planted seeds to germinate and grow as the strong Aries energy bursts into beingness. Let’s set our intentions for light heartedness and mutual support as we plumb the depths to release our fear through breath, asana (postures), mediation, mantra, mudra and deep relaxation of the Naam (sound current). These practices encourage transformation of collective darkness into harmony and transformation for all.

Thurs. 6 - 7pm Evening Kundalini Yoga, Join Jordan for a dynamic practice to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit. Come as you are and leave feeling energized, centered and radiant. Three times per month April 3rd, 10th & 24th (Emily’s class 3rd Thurs.)
Emily’s Restorative Sound Healing - Thurs. April 17th - Breathwork, Light Stretching, Relaxation with Crystal Bowls followed by a short meditation.
