We come together these evenings as a community to chant for healing and peace utilizing Kundalini Yoga mantras and methods. You may dedicate the healing to any being you wish. These practices benefit the recipients and those who chant by building the Radiant Body.
When we chant together, the effects to the receiver are increased. Chanting allows us to rise above the limited ego through service, and the navel point, heart and lungs are strengthened.
You no longer need to sit on the floor at Yoga West, chairs, and padded benches available.
