Experience a daytime intro to Kundalini Yoga series, with emphasis on a gentle format. Each class will include warmups, stretches, breath practice, a kundalini yoga kriya, deep relaxation, and meditation. Modifications are offered to help you participate as fully as possible. Pillows, blankets, and chairs are available. Come on your own, or invite a friend or family member to join you for this supported practice of yoga and meditation.
Instructor Simrat Kaur has twenty years of experience teaching Kundalini Yoga and Meditation and has pursued an interest in warm ups, stretches and approaches that allow a wide range of people to gain the benefits of this simple, powerful yoga.
