These classes follow a 22 week series taught by Yogi Bhajan, but never published.
You can join at any time during the series.
No classes on Monday, December 25 – Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, or Monday, January 15, Martin Luther King Jr Day.
Classes begin with warmups to help us sit more comfortably and to foster shoulder flexibility. Techniques will be given to help you participate fully. Following the meditation sequence will be a deep relaxation period.
Please bring layers of comfortable clothing, pillow(s) and a blanket or shawl.
Water is available on site or bring your own in a closed container.
Padded chairs and blankets are available if sitting on the floor is not the best for you.
